This handy little jobby is affixed to the tongue of your skate and is used when lacing up your skates to hold the tongue place and prevent it from shifting on your leg. You can select this as an upgrade for any US-made Riedell boot.

If you choose to order it separately, you can have a cobbler install it for you, or punch in the rivets yourself. Installation requires peeling back the tongue liner to affix the stabilizer bar and rivets directly against the tongue outer. 

One set includes two bars and four rivets.
