1. Measure the circumference 6" above the elbows center:
- Small: 9.5" - 11"
- Medium: 10.5" - 12"
- Large: 11.5" - 13"
2. Measure the circumference 4" below the elbows center:
- Small: 8.5" - 10"
- Medium: 9.5" - 11"
- Large: 10.5" - 12"
